This fully equipped cottage offers privacy with extensive woods and hedges surrounding the property. It is a perfect setting for cycling and walking or just relaxing on the patio. This cottage is bright , cheery and clean. The cottage can accommodate a family of no more than 6 people. Discriminating guests will appreciate this beautiful property. Non-smokers only and no pets, please as the owner and some guests have allergies.

Policies:
Confirmation: The booking will be confirmed when the deposit is received and a receipt will be e-mailed. The balance is due in a check postdated for 30 days in advance of the reservation date. Cancellation: If the week is re-rented, then the balance of the rent will be returned less a $100 administration fee. If the week remains vacant, all monies are forfeited.
Damages: Normal wear and tear is inevitable; however, if significant or deliberate damage does occur the guest will be expected to incur the cost of repair. Please report any potential problems prior to checking out.
You must leave the cottage as clean as you found it or you will charged a cleaning fee. Supply your own sheets and towels.
